At Birmingham, Alabama:

Desmond Ridder ran for 105 yards and three touchdowns while throwing a pass for another score on Thursday as the Cincinnati Bearcats (#23 CFP; 11-3) demolished the Boston College Eagles (6-7) 38-6 in the Birmingham Bowl.

Military Bowl: Bearcats Upend Hokies

At Annapolis, Maryland:

In Monday's Military Bowl, Michael Warren, who ran for 166 yards, scored the game-winning touchdown, his second of the game, with 89 seconds remaining as the Cincinnati Bearcats (11-2) defeated the Virginia Tech Hokies (6-7) 35-31.

Hawaii Bowl: Aztecs Destroy Bearcats For 10th Straight Win

At Honolulu:

Fullback (and game Most Valuable Player) Dakota Gordon caught a touchdown pass and ran for another score on Thursday as the San Diego State Aztecs (11-3) racked up their school record-tying tenth consecutive victory with a 42-7 pistol-whipping of the Cincinnati Bearcats (7-5) in the Hawaii Bowl.

Military Bowl: Hokies Top Bearcats To Cap 22nd Straight Winning Season

At Annapolis, Maryland:

Running Back J.C. Coleman ran for 157 yards and a touchdown while Joey Slye kicked four field goals as the Virginia Tech Hokies (7-6) locked up their 22nd straight winning season on Saturday with a 33-17 Military Bowl victory over the Cincinnati Bearcats (9-4).  It was the 22nd consecutive season in which the Hokies appeared in a bowl game.

Belk Bowl: Returns For TDs Galore As Tar Heels Dominate Bearcats

At Charlotte, North Carolina:

T. J. Logan ran back a kickoff 78 yards for a touchdown and Ryan Switzer retuned a punt 86 yards for another score as the North Carolina Tar Heels (7-6) picked up their first postseason win since 2010 on Saturday with a 39-17 Belk Bowl victory over the Cincinnati Bearcats (9-4).  The Tar Heels won six of their last seven games.

Belk Bowl: Bearcats Outlast Pesky Blue Devils

At Chalotte, North Carolina:

Quarterback Brendon Kay completed 17 of 25 passes for 332 yards and four touchdown, including one of 83 yards to Travis Kelce with 80 seconds remaining for the winning score as the Cincinnati Bearcats (10-3) outlasted the Duke Blue Devils (6-7; still seeking their first bowl win since 1961) 48-34 in Thursday's edition of the Belk Bowl.

Cashmere Wright's Three-Point Shooting Helps Sink Ducks

At Las Vegas:

Cashmere Wright scored 17 points on Saturday night, 15 of them on five three-pointers as the Cincinnati Bearcats (#22 in the Associated Press poll; 6-0) defeated the Oregon Ducks (5-1) 77-66 to win the championship game of the Global Sports Classic.

Liberty Bowl: Bearcats Hold Off Vandy

At Memphis, Tennessee:


Isaiah Pead ran for 149 yards and a touchdown while Ralph David Abernathy IV's 90-yard kickoff return early in the fourth quarter proved decisive as the Cincinnati Bearcats (10-3) held off a game challenge from the Vanderbilt Commodores (6-7) 31-24 in Saturday's Liberty Bowl contest.

Tim Tebow Leads Gators To Sugar Bowl Win In Florida Finale

At New Orleans:

In his final game in a Florida uniform, quarterback Tim Tebow threw for a career-high 482 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 51 yards and another score as the Gators (13-1) smothered previously undefeated Cincinnati (12-1) 51-24 Friday night in the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
