Tray Woodall scored 17 points while Lamar Patterson and Talib Zanna added 14 and 12 respectively on Friday as the Pittsburgh Panthers (22-17) defeated the visiting Washington State Cougars (19-18) 71-65 to come back from a one-game-to-none deficit and win the College Basketball Invitational Championship Series two games to one, despite 18 points from the Cougs' Reggie Moore.
