Legendary boxing writer and sports historian Bert Sugar passed away on Sunday afternoon from cardiac arrest at Northern Westchester Hospital in New York State at the age of 75.
Mr. Sugar also had a long battle with lung cancer.
An author of more than 80 books, Bert wrote "The 100 Greatest Boxers of All Time." He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2005.
