ALDS: Astros Finish Off Sox In Beantown, Advance To ALCS; Yanks Down Indians To Force Game Five

Both American League divisional playoff series continued on Monday.

At Boston:

Alex Bregman hit a home run in the eighth inning while Josh Reddick delivered the game (and series)-winning run with his RBI single with two out in the same inning as the Houston Astros knocked off the Boston Red Sox 5-4 on the road in game four of their divisional playoff series and eliminated the hosts three games to one to advance to the American League Championship Series.

The series victory was the Astros' first since winning the National League pennant in 2005.

At New York:

With Gary Sanchez hitting a home run and Aaron Judge contributing a two-run double, the New York Yankees leveled their divisional playoff series with the Cleveland Indians at two games apiece following their 7-3 game-four home victory.

The series will be decided on Wednesday back in Cleveland.
