After their Civil War (and conference-opening) home victory over Oregon, the Oregon State Beavers, for the first time in ages, gained support in the Associated Press men's college basketball poll. The Beavers would be in a three-way tie for #32. The Ducks, meanwhile, saw their support in the AP poll decline. They would be tied for 41st place.
The Ducks would be tied at #32 in the USA Today/Coaches poll while the Beavers would be ranked while the Beavers would be at #37.
