Elgin Cook matched a career high by scoring 26 points on Thursday night as the Oregon Ducks defeated the visiting Southern California Trojans (#21 in the Associated Press poll, #25 in the USA Today/Coaches rankings) 89-81.
Bennie Boatright scored 23 points to pace the Trojans while grabbing 12 rebounds.
Both teams are 15-4 overall and 4-2 in Pac-12 conference play.
