Quarterback Jared Goff threw for 453 yards and six touchdowns on Saturday night as the California Golden Bears (6-4 overall, 3-4 in Pac-12 play) clinched bowl eligibility with a 54-24 home mauling of the struggling Oregon State Beavers (2-8, 0-7), who have now dropped seven straight contests. The Bears compiled a school single-game record of 760 yards of totals offense.
