NBA Playoffs: Bucks Come Back To Beat Hawks In Atlanta And Take 3-2 Lead; With Help From Carmelo, Nuggets Stay Alive

Two games were played on Wednesday as the NBA Playoffs continued.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Atlanta:

Brandon Jennings scored 25 points as the Milwaukee Bucks went on a 14-0 run late in the game, came from behind, and beat the Atlanta Hawks 91-87 on the road in game five of their conference quarterfinal series.  This enabled the Bucks to come back from a two-game deficit and take a three-games-to-two advantage in the series.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Denver:

Carmelo Anthony scored 26 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, and J. R. Smith added 17, 12 of then on four three-pointers, as the Denver Nuggets staved off elimination from their first-round series with a 116-102 win over the Utah Jazz in game five at home, cutting the Utah lead to three games to two.
