Army Comes Back, Holds Off Navy, Wins First Commander-In-Trophy Since '96

At Philadelphia:

On a snowy Saturday, Ahmad Bradshaw ran for a touchdown on a quarterback sneak with 5:10 remaining while Blake Wilson added the go-ahead extra point as Army (9-3) defeated Navy (6-6) in the 118th edition of the football game between the two service academies.

Bennett Moehring had a chance to win the game for the Midshipmen, but his 48-yard field goal attempt as time expired sailed wide left.

For the Black Knights, it marked the first time they defeated Navy in back-to-back seasons since a five-game winning streak in the series which ran from 1992 to 1996.  Army won their first Commander-In-Chief since 1996.

Navy continues to lead the series 60-51-7.
