Als Hold Off Riders In CFL Season Opener

At Montreal:

In Thursday's opening contest of the Canadian Football League's 2017 regular season, quarterback Darian Durant haunted his former team with touchdown passes to B.J. Cunningham and Ernest Jackson while Boris Bede kicked the game-winning field goal with 2:29 remaining as the Montreal Alouettes held off the visiting Saskatchewan Roughriders 17-16.

The Riders' Tyler Crapigna, who made his three previous field-goal attempts, had his 45-yard game-winning attempt as time expired go wide right.
