Cardinals Top Wolverines To Capture First NCAA Men's Basketball Crown Since '86

At Atlanta:

Luke Hancock, named Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four, scored 22 points as the Louisville Cardinals (35-5), who trailed by as many as 12 points late in the first half, won their third NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament championship (their first since 1986) 82-76 over the Michigan Wolverines (31-8) on Monday.  Cardinals' head coach Rich Pitino became the first coach to win the championship with two different schools (he won at Kentucky in 1996).
