In the Pac-12 Conference-opening contest for both schools on Sunday night, Danyean Dotson scored 21 points as the Oregon Ducks (12-2 overall, 1-0 in Pac-12 play) used a 9-0 second-half run to hold off the Oregon State Beavers 79-66 (10-4, 0-1) on the road.
E.J. Singler added 15 points and nine rebounds for the Ducks.
Ahmad Starks scored 22 points and Roberto Nelson added 18 for the Beavers.
