NCAA: Duke, Siena, And Cal-Berkeley Win Openers; Texas A&M Take Battle Of Aggies

More Friday action from the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.

South Region:

At Jacksonville, Florida:

A double-double from Kyle Singler (22 points, 10 rebounds) led top-seeded Duke to a 73-44 blowout win over #16 Arkansas-Pine Bluff.

Jerome Randle and Theo Robertson each scored 21 points as eighth-seeded California defeated #9 Louisville 77-62.


At Spokane, Washington:

Khris Middleton scored 19 points as fifth-seeded Texas A&M topped  #12 Utah State 69-53 in the battle of Aggies.

JaJuan Johnson contributed 23 points and 15 rebounds as fourth-seeded Purdue turned back #13 Siena 72-64.
