Jordan Staal and Andrei Svechnikov each scored a power-play goal while Jalen Chatfield added a shorthanded tally and Nikolaj Ehlers added an even-straight goal as the Carolina Hurricanes outdistanced the hosts Philadelphia Flyers 4-1 in game three of their conference semifinal series.
The Canes will go for the four-game sweep on Saturday in Philadelphia at 3:00 PM Pacific Time over TNT, TruTV, and HBO Max.

Alex Newhook scored twice while goalie Jakob Dobes saved 28 of 29 shots as the Montreal Canadiens squared their conference semifinal series with the Buffalo Sabres at one game apiece with a 5-1 game-two road win.
WESTERN CONFERENCE:
At Honda Center, Anaheim, California:
It was a hat trick for Mitch Mamer (who counted a power-play goal amongst the scores) as the Vegas Golden Knights regained home-ice advantage after their 6-2 road win over the Anaheim Ducks for a two-games-to-one conference semifinal series lead.
