Two games were played on Monday as the NBA Playoffs continued.
EASTERN CONFERENCE:
At Rocket Arena, Cleveland:
Donovan Mitchell scored 43 points while James Harden added 24 (to go with his 11 assists) as the Cleveland Cavaliers leveled their conference semifinal series with the Detroit Pistons at two games apiece after their 112-103 home win.
Caris LeVert led Detroit with 24 points off the bench while Cade Cunningham added 19.
WESTERN CONFERENCE:
At Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles:
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander popped in 35 points and dished out eight assists as the Oklahoma City Thunder completed a four-game conference semifinal series sweep of the Los Angeles Lakers with a 115-110 road win.
Ajay Mitchell added 28 points to the OKC cause.
Austin Reaves led Los Angeles with 27 points while Rui Hachimura added 25, and LeBron James, in what might have been his final NBA game (that to be determined at a future date) popped in 24 while grabbing 12 rebounds.
The Thunder will host the opening game of the Western Conference Final against the San Antonio-Minnesota series (currently tied at two games apiece) with the date and time to be determined (NBC/Peacock).
