LSU, Buckeyes, Clemson, Sooners Finish In CFP Top Four And Will Take Part In Playoff; Ducks (Who Finish At #6) To Face Badgers In Rose Bowl

In the final College Football Playoff rankings that came out on Sunday, LSU jumped Ohio State to finish as the Playoff's top seeded team.

Clemson, at #3, and Oklahoma, at #4, will round out the CFP field.

Here are the matchups for the semifinal round:

Saturday, December 28:

Peach Bowl at Atlanta:

#1 LSU vs. #4 Oklahoma

Fiesta Bowl at Glendale, Arizona:

#2 Ohio State vs. #3 Clemson

Monday, January 13:

National Championship Game at New Orleans

All games will be carried on ESPN.



Georgia finished at #5 while the Oregon Ducks were the highest-ranked Pac-12 team at #6.

Utah, who lost the Pac-12 title game to Oregon, fell six spots to #11.

The other Pac-12 team to make the final rankings, Southern California, stayed at #22.

The Ducks will face Wisconsin (who finished at #8) in the Rose Bowl Game on Wednesday, January 1, at Pasadena, California (2:00 PM Pacific Time, ESPN)
