Lamar Hamrick came off the bench to score 16 points on Saturday as the Portland State Vikings (7-6) held off the visiting Northern Colorado Bears (7-5) 69-65 in the Big Sky Conference opener for both squads.
Bodie Hume led the Bears with 22 points.
