At Houston:
Ethan Thompson and Kylor Kelley each scored 23 points on Wednesday as the Oregon State Beavers (9-1) won their seventh straight game (first time since 1992-93) by outlasting the Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners (4-7) 88-78.
The Beavers are off to their best start since starting 15-1 in the 1984-85 season.
Jhivvan Jackson and Keaton Wallace paced the Roadrunners with 28 and 21 points respectively.
