Stanley Cup Playoffs: Blues Square Series With Preds At 1-1; Oilers Knock Off Ducks Again, Take 2-0 Series Lead Back To Edmonton

Both Western Conference semifinal series in the Stanley Cup Playoffs continued on Friday.

At St. Louis:

Vladimir Tarasenko scored twice (his second being the game winner with 3:51 remaining) as the St. Louis Blues squared their series with the Nashville Predators at one game apiece following their 3-2 home win in game two.

The defeat was the Predators' first of the playoffs.

At Anaheim, California:

Patrick Maroon delivered a power-play goal while goalie Cam Talbot saved 39 of 40 shots as the Edmonton Oilers will take a two-games-to-none series lead back to Alberta after their 2-1 game-two road win over the Anaheim Ducks.
