Victor Sanders scored a career-high 40 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field (including seven three-point buckets) on Thursday night as the Idaho Vandals (11-10 overall, 6-4 in Big Sky play) defeated the visiting Portland State Vikings (11-9, 4-5) 89-72, overcoming career scoring highs from the guests' Deontae North (29 points) and De'Sean Parsons (23).
