National League Championship Series: Cardinals Oust Brewers To Set Up World Series Showdown With Rangers

At Milwaukee:

David Freese, named series Most Valuable Player, hit a first-inning three-run homer as the St. Louis Cardinals wrapped up their 18th National League Pennant on Sunday with a 12-6 road win over the once-again error-plagued Milwaukee Brewers in game six of their league championship series.  The Cardinals will open up the World Series against the Texas Rangers at home on Wednesday night.
