Travis Lulay completed 16 of 29 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday as the British Columbia Lions (9-6) picked up their eighth consecutive Canadian Football League victory (and ninth in their last ten starts) 29-18 on the road over the Saskatchewan Roughriders (4-11), whom, with the defeat, will miss the playoffs for the first time in ten years.
