From Sam Katzman's Victory Pictures in 1939, here's Tim McCoy starring in the dual role of "Lightining Bill" Carson, who tries to stop cattle rustlers by posing as Miguel, the Mexican, in "Code of the Cactus." With story and screenplay by Edward Halperin, this film was directed by Sam Newfield. Joining Tim in the cast are Ben Corbett, Dorothy Short, Ted Adams, Alden Chase, Dave O'Brien, and Forrest Taylor.
