Arizona Bowl: Falcons Overcome 18-Point Deficit, Overpower Jags

At Tucson, Arizona:

Quarterback Arion Worthman threw for 207 yards and a touchdown while Jacobi Owens scored twice himself as the Air Force Falcons (10-4) battled back from an 18-point first-half deficit by scoring 42 unanswered points en route to a 45-21 pasting of the South Alabama Jaguars (6-7) in the Arizona Bowl.

Armed Forces Bowl: Jared Goff Powers Cal-Berkeley Past Air Force

At Fort Worth, Texas:

Quarterback Jared Goff  completed 25 of 37 passes for 467 yards and six touchdowns on Tuesday as the California Golden Bears (8-5) overpowered the Air Force Falcons (8-6) 55-36 in the Armed Forces Bowl.

Famous Idaho Potato Bowl: Shayne Davern Paces Falcons Past Broncos

At Boise, Idaho:

Shayne Davern ran for a career-high 101 yards and two touchdowns on Saturday as the Air Force Falcons (10-3) bested the Western Michigan Broncos (8-5) 38-24 in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.

Armed Forces Bowl: Backup QB Guides Owls To Victory Over Falcons

At Fort Worth, Texas:

Backup freshman quarterback Driphus Jackson, in relief of injured starter Taylor McHargue, threw for 264 yards and a pair of touchdowns to Jordan Taylor as the Rice Owls (7-6) broke open a close game in the fourth quarter and defeated the Air Force Falcons (6-7) 33-14 in Saturday's Armed Forces Bowl.

Military Bowl: Rockets Win Wild One

At Washington:


Quarterback Terrance Owens threw three touchdown passes, all to Bernard Reedy, the last one with 5:01 second remaining as the Toledo Rockets (9-4) defeated the Air Force Falcons (7-6) 42-41 in Wednesday's edition of the Military Bowl.  After the Falcons' Zach Kauth's 33-yard touchdown run with 52 seconds left, they lined up for the extra point.  However, holder David Baska ran the option, only to see the pitch to kicker Parker Harrington go low, bouncing out of bounds in the end zone.

Falcons Down Yellow Jackets In Shreveport

At Shreveport, Louisiana:

Air Force (9-4) took advantage of George Tech (6-7) turnovers as the Falcons defeated the Yellow Jackets 14-7 in Monday's Independence Bowl.  Air Force cashed in when a Georgia Tech player muffed a punt in the second half.  Jared Tew ran for what turned out to be the game-winning touchdown for the Falcons.

Ball Control Helps Seal Bowl Win For Falcons

At Fort Worth, Texas:

Air Force (8-5) , with possession of the football for more than 41 minutes, and with Jared Tew and Asher Clark running for 173 and 129 yards respectively and two touchdowns apiece, dominated Houston (10-4) 47-20 Thursday in the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl.
