Trevon Duval scored 22 points on Thursday to lead the top-ranked (in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls) Duke Blue Devils (6-0) overcame a four-point halftime deficit to overtake the Portland State Vikings (4-1) 99-81 in the PK80 Invitational.
Deontae North topped the Vikes with 24 points before fouling out with 8:39 remaining in the second half.
