Stanley Cup Final: Penguins Erupt For Three Third-Period Goals To Stretch Series Lead Over Predators To 2-0

Third-period goals from Jake Guentzel (his second of the game; that's him [#59] celebrating with defenseman Brian Dumoulin after scoring what proved to be his second game winner of the series), Scott Wilson, and Evgeni Malkin scored during a stretch of three minutes and 18 seconds in the third period broke open what was a 1-1 stalemate after two periods on Wednesday as the Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the visiting Nashville Predators 4-1 in game two of the Stanley Cup Final, which the Penguins now lead two games to none.

Matt Murray saved 37 of 38 shots for the Pittsburgh.
