Badge-Engineered Henry J

Here's what looks like a magazine ad for the 1952 Allstate.  This car was a badge-engineered Henry J built by Kaiser-Frazer and was available at a few Sears stores in the South and was featured in Sears-Roebuck catalogs.  These cars were built in the model years of 1952 and 1953.

This car was not a success.
