Ducks Make It Four Wins In A Row

 At Seattle:


Eugene Omoruyi and Chris Duarte each scored 14 points on Saturday as the Oregon Ducks (4-1 overall, 1-0 in Pac-12 play) won their conference opener by knocking off the Washington Huskies (1-4, 0-2) 74-71 on the road by using a balanced offense that saw four players scoring in double figures.


Quade Green topped the Huskies with 26 points.

Huskies Hold Off Beavers In Jimmy Lake's First Game As UW Coach

 At Seattle:


Running back Sean McGrew ran for 91 years and one touchdown while Kamari Pleasant ran for 61 yards and another score as the Washington Huskies (1-0 in both Pac-12 play and overall) held off the visiting Oregon State Beavers (0-2) 27-21 in their season opener on Saturday night as Jimmy Lake was victorious in his debut as the Huskies' head coach.

Ducks Overcome Double-Digit Second-Half Deficit, Upend Huskies In OT In Seattle

At Seattle:

Payton Pritchard scored 22 points (three of them on the game-winning bucket with 3.2 seconds remaining in overtime) while Chandler Lawson came off the bench to add 16 (to go with his 12 rebounds) as the Oregon Ducks (#8 AP, Coaches; 15-4 overall, 4-2 in Pac-12 play) overcame a 16-point second-half deficit to knock off the Washington Huskies (12-7, 2-4) 64-61 on the road on Saturday.

Isaiah Stewart paced the Huskies with 25 points while grabbing 19 rebounds.

Isaiah Stewart scored 11 points as the Washington Huskies (12-6 overall, 2-3 in Pac-12 play), with a balanced attack that saw five players scoring in double figures, held off the visiting Oregon State Beavers (12-5, 2-3) 64-56 on Thursday.

Beavers Fall To Huskies At Home

At Corvallis, Oregon:

Salvon Ahmed ran for 174 yards and two touchdowns on Friday night as the Washington Huskies (6-3 overall, 3-4) clinched bowl eligibility by defeating the Oregon State Beavers (4-5, 3-3) 19-7 on the road.

The victory marked the Huskies eighth straight win over the Beavers.

At Seattle:

Quarterback Justin Herman completed 24 of 38 passes for 280 yards and four touchdowns on Saturday as the Oregon Ducks (#12 AP and Coaches; 6-1 overall, 4-0 in Pac-12 play) wiped out a 14-point second-half deficit to knock off the Washington Huskies (#25 AP, #23 Coaches; 5-3, 2-3) 35-31 on the road for their sixth straight victory, which clinched bowl eligibility as well as put a hammerlock on top spot in the Pac-12 Conference's Northern Division.

DUCKS AMBUSH HUSKIES TO CAPTURE PAC-12 TOURNEY TITLE

At Paradise, Nevada:

Payton Pritchard scored 20 points on Saturday night as the sixth-seeded Oregon Ducks (23-12) overpowered the top-seeded Washington Huskies (26-8) 68-48 to win the Pac-12 Conference men's basketball tournament championship and the conference's automatic berth in the NCAA tournament.

The Huskies, held to the lowest point total in Pac-12 tourney title game history, had no players scoring in double digits.

David Crisp and Noah Dickerson each scored 22 points on
Wednesday as the Washington Huskies (24-6 overall, 15-2 in Pac-12 play) defeated the visiting Oregon State Beavers (17-12, 9-8) 81-76 in overtime.


Tres Tinkle paced the now-slumping Beavers, who have now dropped four of their last five starts and now seen their shot at gaining a first-round bye in the upcoming Pac-12 tournament in jeopardy,  with 31 points while grabbing ten rebounds.

Byron Murphy ran back a deflected interception 66 yards for the game's lone touchdown on Friday as the Washington Huskies (#11 in the College Football Playoff rankings; 10-3) defeated the Utah Runnin' Utes (#17 CFP; 9-4) 10-3 in the Pac-12 Conference Championship Game.

The Huskies will likely play in the January 1 Rose Bowl at Pasadena, California.

Noah Dickerson scored 15 of his 25 points in the second half on Thursday night to help lead the Washington Huskies (20-10 overall, 10-7 in Pac-12 play) to a 79-77 home triumph over the Oregon State Beavers (14-15, 6-11).


Tres Tinkle paced the Beavers---who have now dropped 22 straight road games----with 22 points.
