Stephen Thompson, Jr. scored a career-high 34 points while grabbing ten rebounds on Thursday as the Oregon State Beavers (10-4 overall, 2-0 in Pac-12 play) held off the Southern California Trojans (9-7, 2-1) 79-74 in overtime.
Bennie Boatwright topped USC with a career-high 37 points.
