Here is a Castle Films print (for the home market) of a 1936 Terrytoons cartoon, "Farmer Al Falfa's Prize Package," which introduced Kiko the Kangaroo. The cartoon also featured Puddy the Pup.
This cartoon, make in New Rochelle, New York on behalf of Educational Pictures and originally released theatrically by 20th Century-Fox, with music by Phil Scheib, was produced by Paul Terry and directed by George Gordon and Mannie Davis.
I didn't know it was illegal to keep a kangaroo.
