NBA Playoffs: LeBron Helps Heat Complete Sweep Of Bobcats; Hawks Put Pacers On Brink Of Elimination; Spurs Square Series With Mavs At 2-2

The NBA Playoffs continued on Monday with three games.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Charlotte, North Carolina:

LeBron James scored 31 points as the Miami Heat completed a four-game conference-quarterfinal series sweep of the Charlotte Bobcats with a 109-98 game-four road victory.  Kemba Walker scored 29 points for Charlotte, who played their final game as the Bobcats.  Next year, they become the new Charlotte Hornets.  This marked the ninth consecutive playoff series won by the Heat, who will face the winner of the Toronto-Brooklyn series, and who have won 20 straight games against the Bobcats, whom in two playoff appearances over ten years, are 0-8 in playoff games.

At Indianapolis:

Shelvin Mack scored 20 points as the Atlanta Hawks knocked off the Indiana Pacers 107-97 in game five of their opening-round series.  The Hawks, who lead the series three games to two, can finish off the top-seeded team in the Eastern Conference with a game-six win at home on Thursday.



WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Dallas:

Manu Ginobili scored 23 points and Boris Diaw, who added 17, hit a go-ahead three-pointer in the final minute as the San Antonio Spurs squared their conference quarterfinal series with the Dallas Mavericks at two games apiece following their 93-89 road victory in game four.
