Quarterback Jordan Ta'amu completed 20 of 27 passes for 264 yards and a touchdown (27 yards to De'Mornay Pierson-El) while carrying the ball 16 times for 63 yards as the St. Louis BattleHawks (3-1) posted a 23-16 XFL Saturday home win over the Seattle Dragons (1-3).

Renegades Douse Dragons In Seattle

At Seattle:

Quarterback Landry Jones threw for 274 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday as the Dallas Renegades (2-1) defeated the Seattle Dragons (1-2) 24-12 on the road by scoring 18 unanswered points in XFL play.

Dragons Hold Off Vipers For First Victory

At Seattle:

Quarterback Brandon Silvers threw a 68-yard touchdown pass to ex-Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds while Tavaras McFadden and Marcell Frazier each ran back an intercepted pass for a TD as the Seattle Dragons (1-1) picked up their first XFL victory on Saturday by holding off the visiting Tampa Bay Vipers (0-2) 17-9.

Defenders Outlast Dragons In XFL Opener

At Washington:

In Saturday's XFL inaugural contest, the DC Defenders, helped by a Bradley Sylve pick-six and a Jonathan Celestin recovery of a blocked punt for another touchdown, defeated the visiting Seattle Dragons 31-19.

Defenders quarterback Cardale Jones completed 16 of 26 passes for 235 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
