Camping World Bowl: Fighting Irish Slug Cyclones

At Orlando, Florida:

Running back Tony Jones, Jr. ran for 135 yards and a touchdown while quarterback Ian Book threw for 247 yards and another score on Saturday as Notre Dame (#15 CFP; 11-2) overpowered the Iowa State Cyclones (7-6) 33-9 in the Camping World Bowl.

Tres Tinkle scored 27 points and grabbed 11 rebounds on Saturday as the Oregon State Beavers (2-0) held off the visiting Iowa State Cyclones (1-1) 80-74.

Alamo Bowl: Cougs Hold Off Cyclones To Top Off First-Ever 11-Win Season

At San Antonio, Texas:

Quarterback Gardner Minshew completed 35 of 49 passes for 299 yards and two touchdowns on Friday (while running for 16 yards and another score) as the Washington State Cougars (#13 in the CFP Rankings; 11-2) held off the Iowa State Cyclones (#24 CFP; 8-5) 28-26 in the Alamo Bowl.

The Cougs completed their first-ever 11-win season with the victory.

Liberty Bowl: Cyclones Knock Off Hometown Tigers In Memphis

At Memphis:


In Saturday's Liberty Bowl game, in which the Iowa State Cyclones (8-5) knocked off the Memphis Tigers (#19 in the final CFP rankings; 10-3) 21-20, Cyclones' wide receiver Allen Lazard caught a Liberty Bowl record-tying ten passes with ten and put the Big 12 Conference school ahead with a five-yard touchdown reception.

Liberty Bowl: Golden Hurricane Proved Mightier Than Cyclones

At Memphis, Tennessee:

Trey Watts ran for 149 yards and Alex Singleton carried the ball for three touchdowns as the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (11-3) wrapped up only their second-ever eleven-victory campaign with a 31-17 Liberty Bowl win over the Iowa State Cyclones (6-7) on Monday.

Cyclones Edge Gophers In Insight Bowl

At Tempe, Arizona:

In a battle of teams that had to win a game against a team from the Dakotas just to become bowl eligible, Alexander Robinson ran for 137 and Austen Arnaud threw for one touchdown and ran for another as Iowa State (7-6) capped off their first winning season since 2005 with a 14-13 win over Minnesota (6-7) Thursday in the Insight Bowl.
