Timbers Top Sounders 3-2 in Wild Cascadia Cup Clash in Seattle, Stretch MLS Unbeaten Run To 10 Games (12 in All Competitions)

At Seattle:


Larrys Mabiala scored twice (48', 74') and Samuel Armenteros once (57') as the Portland Timbers gained their first-ever Major League Soccer regular-season victory in Seattle with their 3-2 Cascadia Cup clash victory over the Sounders on Saturday.


Victor Rodriguez (51') and Chad Marshall (68') each scored once for Seattle.


Next up for the Timbers, a home match this coming Saturday against the San Jose Earthquakes (8:00 PM Pacific Time, ROOT Sports Northwest).
