Duda Sanadze scored a season-high 29 points as the San Diego Toreros (6-10 overall, 1-4 in WCC play) picked up their first conference win of the season on Thursday, 82-71 on the road against the Portland Pilots (8-11, 2-4), despite 23 points from the hosts' Alec Wintering and 20 from Bryce Pressley.
