Kevin Durant scored 18 of his 36 points during the final seven minutes of the contest while Serge Ibaka added a career-high 26 as the Oklahoma City Thunder held off the visiting San Antonio Spurs 109-103 in game four of the NBA Western Conference Final on Saturday night to deadlock the series at two games apiece. The series resumes Monday night in San Antonio.
