Frank Cady, Actor Who Played Proprietor Of Hooterville General Store On Two Series, R. I. P.

Frank Cady, the veteran character actor best remembered for his portrayal of Sam Drucker, the proprietor of a Hooterville-based general store throughout the runs of both Petticoat Junction (1963-70) and its' spinoff Green Acres (1965-71), passed away this past Friday at his Wilsonville, Oregon home at age 96.
