Quarterback Jordan Wynn threw for a career-high 338 yards and three touchdowns as Utah (10-3) erased an early 14-point deficit to defeat California (8-5) 37-27 Wednesday night at the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. The Utes captured their FBS-high 9th straight bowl game and the Mountain West Conference is currently 3-0 in bowl games this season, with two of the wins coming at the expense of Pacific-10 Conference schools, BYU overpowering Oregon State the previous night in Las Vegas.
