Here's an advertisement for Colgate Toothpaste that probably aired during an NBC telecast of the old Colgate Comedy Hour sometime during the early-to-mid 1950s.
The gent appearing on this ad was Ed Herlihy, who is best remembered for his many years as a television commercial spokesman for Kraft Foods. He was also a narrator for the old Universal Newsreel as well.
