Ducks Rank #9 In AP Gridiron Preseason Poll

The Oregon Ducks ranked #9 in the Associated Press preseason college football poll that was released this past Monday.

As was with the USA Today/Amway Coaches poll, there was no support for the Oregon State.

Ducks Finish At #7 In AP Gridiron Poll; #6 In Coaches Rankings

In this past Sunday's Associated Press and USA Today/Amway Coaches polls found the Oregon Ducks, newly crowned Pacific-12 Conference football champions, at #7 and #6 respectively.

The Ducks finished sixth in the final College Football Playoff rankings.

Ducks Climb Up A Spot In AP Gridiron Poll; Stay At #13 In Coaches' Rankings

After their Saturday Civil War victory over Oregon State, the Oregon Ducks climbed up a spot to #13 in the Associated Press college football poll that was released on Sunday.

The Ducks stayed at #13 in the USA Today/Amway Coaches poll.

Ducks Edge Up To #7 In Both Polls

Following their Saturday road beat-down of Southern California, the Oregon Ducks wound up at  #7 in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Amway Coaches college football polls that were released on Sunday (same as last week in the former, up a spot in the latter).

These were the last AP and Coaches polls taken before the first College Football Playoff rankings come out this coming Tuesday.

Ducks Drop A Spot In AP Poll Despite Dominating Victory Over Montana; They Stay At #17 In Coaches Rankings

Even with the decisive home victory Saturday night over Montana, the Oregon Ducks still dropped a spot to #16 in the latest Associated Press college football poll released on Sunday.

The Ducks remained at #17 in the USA Today/Amway Coaches poll.

Ducks Jump Fighting Irish To Move Up To #3 In BCS, Stay #2 In AP, Coaches Polls; Beavers Remain Reletively Steady In BCS and Media Poll, Inch Up A Spot In Coaches Poll

Following their Saturday slugfest win at Southern California, the Oregon Ducks climbed past Notre Dame into #3 in the Bowl Championship Series standings that were released on Sunday.  Alabama and Kansas State remain at numbers one and two respectively.

The Ducks remained at #2 in both the Associated Press (media) and USA Today/Coaches polls.

The Oregon State Beavers, after their home win over Arizona State, remained at #11 in the BCS standings while staying at #13 in the AP poll and inching up a spot to #12 in the coaches' rankings.

Ducks Stay At #2 In Both Polls; Beavers Climb Up In Both Rankings

After their Saturday win over Washington State, the Oregon Ducks remained at #2 in both the Associated Press (media) and USA Today/Coaches polls, both released on Sunday.

The Oregon State Beavers, following their road win over Arizona, climbed up in both polls, at #14 in the media poll, #18 in the coaches' poll.

Ducks Climb To #2 In Both Polls; Beavers Make Rankings

After Saturday demolition of Arizona (combined with LSU barely escaping with a road win at Auburn), the Oregon Ducks climbed up one spot in both the Associated Press (media) and USA Today/Coaches polls to #2, trailing only Alabama.

After their upset road win over UCLA, the Oregon State Beavers entered both polls, at #18 in the media poll and #21 in the coaches' rankings.

Ducks Climb Up A Spot In Both Polls; Idle Beavers Still Have Support

After Saturday's easy home win over Tennessee Tech (and helped along by Stanford knocking off Southern California), the Oregon Ducks climbed up a position to #3 in both the Associated Press (media) and USA Today/Coaches polls.

Despite being idle this past weekend, there was still support for the Oregon State Beavers in both polls, with OSU just outside the Top 25 at #26 in the AP poll and #33 in the Coaches rankings.
