The Pac-12 Conference's men's basketball tournament is set to commence on Wednesday with four games, all to be telecast on the Pac-12 Networks.
Game #1:
Tres Tinkle scored 19 points as the Oregon State Beavers (#8 seed; 18-13) held off the ninth-seeded Utah Runnin' Utes (16-15) 71-69.
Alfonso Plummer topped the Utes with 35 points.
Game #2:
Josh Green scored 19 points as the fifth-seeded Arizona Wildcats, with four players scoring in double figures, outlasted the 12th-seeded Washington Huskies 77-70.
Isaiah Stewart paced the game Huskies with 29 points while pulling down 12 rebounds.
Game #3:
Paris Austin and Matt Bradley each scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds as the tenth-seeded California Golden Bears (14-18) upset the seventh-seeded Stanford Cardinal (20-12) 63-51, perhaps delivering the knockout blow to the Cardinal's NCAA Tournament chances.
Game #4:
In the final Pac-12 Tournament game to be played in front of fans due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak, C.J. Elleby scored 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the 12th-seeded Washington State Cougars (16-16) knocked off the fifth-seeded Colorado Buffaloes (21-11) 82-68.
McKinley Wright IV topped the Buffs with 21 points while grabbing nine boards.
