At Houston:
Mauro Manotas scored twice (39', 71') while Alberth Elis (32') and Alejandro Fuenmayor (81') each tallied once as the Houston Dynamo dominated the visiting Portland Timbers 4-1 in Saturday Major League Soccer action, snapping a ten-match winless streak.
An own goal in the ninth minute from the aforementioned Mr. Fuenmayor accounted for the lone Portland score.
The Timbers will host the Columbus Crew on Wednesday night at 7:30 PM (Timbers TV Network via KPDX-TV, Portland; streamed live on ESPN+).
