Cody Doolin scored 15 points, making two free throws with 17 seconds remaining as the San Francisco Dons (13-9 overall, 3-5 in WCC play) squeaked past the home-standing Portland Pilots (5-15, 2-5) 72-71 on Saturday. Cole Dickerson added 13 points, Angelo Caloiaro 12, and Rashad Green 11 for USF.
