Quarterback Jimmy Coy completed 28 of 43 passes for 216 yards and a touchdown and ran for 78 yards on 16 carries and ran for another score as the Saint Xavier (IL) Cougars defeated the Carroll (MT) Fighting Saints 24-20 for their first NAIA national football championship on Saturday.
