Chehales Tapscott (who scored 12 points and pulled in 11 rebounds) hit the game-winning shot with 4.9 seconds remaining on Tuesday as the Portland State Vikings (1-1) came from behind to overtake the visiting Seattle Redhawks (0-1) 66-65. Charles Odum led the Vikings with 17 points. Nate Lozeau also had a double-double (13 points and 11 rebounds) for Portland State.
