Brandon Knight scored 22 points on Sunday as #4 Kentucky held off #2 North Carolina 76-69 to win the final of the East Region and reached their 14th NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Final Four, their first since 1998.
The Wildcats will take on Connecticut this coming Saturday night in Houston in the nightcap of the national semifinal doubleheader.
