Ryan Williams, who ran for 117 yards two touchdowns Thursday night, set a new Virginia Tech single-season rushing record with 1655 yards and Atlantic Coast Conference records with 21 rushing and 22 total touchdowns, as the Hokies (10-3) defeated Tennessee (7-6) 37-14 in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
