Today is the birthday of Fox News Channel anchorwoman Uma Pemmaraju.

America's Sweetheart, Fox News Channel's very own Uma Pemmaraju hosted America's Pulse today, substituting for E. D. Hill.

It was Uma's first appearance on FNC in over a month and her first hosting assignment since February 4.

She was her professional self again today, apparently in contrast to one of her colleagues.

Well, believe it or not, Uma Pemmaraju pinch-hit for Jane Skinner this past Monday on Happening Now.

It was only Uma's second appearance on FNC this year, and only her third hosting assignment since being yanked off Fox News Live (Sunday) back in October.

According to a report on the TV Newser website, Fox News Channel's own Uma Pemmaraju is working on a series of upcoming specials for FNC as well as reporting on Fox News Radio.

Hopefully, we'll be able to see Uma again real soon.

Apparently America's Sweetheart, Uma Pemmaraju, has been replaced on the Sunday morning (7-9 AM Pacific Time) editions of Fox News Live by Jamie Colby.

I can't believe that some retard----uh, executive---at FNC would give so much time to a former hostess for a poker telecast, who had post in swimwear for a men's magazine.

Could it be that she has landed a regular hosting assignment? Let's all hope so. UMAniacs from all over have waited for four years since Uma's return for this talented veteran to have her own show. Speaking of shows, it has been reported on one or more Yahoo groups that she's been working on some upcoming special programming slated to air over the next few months on FNC.
