Alec Martinez (that's him celebrating with goalie Jonathan Quick) scored the winning goal at 14:43 of the second overtime period as the Los Angeles Kings defeated the visiting New York Rangers 3-2 in game six of the Stanley Cup Final as the Kings won the series four games to one and won the Stanley Cup for the second time in three years. Justin Williams (who scored in the first period) won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the Playoffs' Most Valuable Player.

In Wednesday's fourth game of the Stanley Cup Final, Benoit Pouliot and Martin St. Louis each scored a goal while Henrik Lundqvist (that's him here) saved 40 of 41 shots as the New York Rangers stayed alive in the series with a 2-1 home victory over the Los Angeles Kings, who still lead the series three games to one and who can still clinch the title with a game-five home win back in Los Angeles on Friday.
