At San Francisco:
Colin Kaepernick threw for 276 yards and a pair of touchdowns, both to Michael Crabtree (who caught eight passes for 172 yards) as the San Francisco 49ers clinched the NFC West Division crown on Sunday with a 27-13 home win over the Arizona Cardinals. Coupled with Minnesota's playoff-berth-clinching 37-34 last-second home win over Green Bay, the Niners locked up the NFC's second playoff seed and will have a first-round bye before hosting a divisional playoff on January 12.
